About the Role:

As General Manager, you will be responsible for the overall performance and strategic direction of the entire company, as applicable. You will provide leadership and guidance to all departments, ensuring alignment with the company’s vision and goals.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and implement business strategies to achieve company goals.
• Oversee daily operations and ensure efficiency across all departments.
• Lead and mentor teams to foster a high-performance culture.
• Analyze financial statements, sales reports, and key performance metrics.
• Identify business opportunities and areas for improvement.
• Ensure compliance with company policies and industry regulations.
• Build and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, clients, and partners.
• Drive innovation and continuous improvement initiatives.
• Identify and capitalize on new business opportunities.
• Monitor industry trends and competitive landscape.
• Ensure compliance with all applicable laws and regulations.
• Report to CEO, Board of Directors.

Requirements & Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Management, or a related field (MBA is a plus).
• Strong knowledge of business operations, financial management, and strategic planning.
